Create the trailer for your own movie. Not just consume. Super thought Sidz. You always bring in a new perspective everything. MPTY.

Great Post Siddharth! Instagram is a quick fix for the Selfie addicts of the world. It consumes your time and energy. Any app will work with a click —not life. Life needs to be built with every moment, day ,week and year to make it worthwhile for a flashback. Allow people to like the real you and make every moment count ! MPTY

The cosmos is the finest creation imaginable.

Precariously placed in a tilted 23.5 deg on its axis, our planet is spinning on its own + revolving around the sun in a solar system, that is just one of 3.9k solar systems in our galaxy. And there are around 100 billion+ galaxies in an ever expanding universe.

And we want to spend 35 minutes shooting the vada sambar on your plate for an Insta Reel to get 350 likes fooling ourselves that it was our creation ROFL!!!

Lets get creative not to get likes but to raise our energies and consciousness levels.

Because from such creation, even if you zero likes, you will still feel fulfilled.

Now enjoy the Filter kaapi steaming hot :)! You are now officially out of the Gram trap

My takeaways - Make it simple but beautiful life. Sing a song, enjoy your food, listen to your favourite number, look outside, inside, simple stand in the balcony, observe - These are some of the the beautiful moment of life which everyone should enjoy to the utmost. Really a great write up Siddharth, for trying to wake up those acting like sleeping, or may be really sleeping.

This article about Instagram resonates with my personal experience. As an educator, I've observed similar trends among my students. Despite my efforts to educate both parents and students about responsible Instagram usage, I've faced indifference. The turning point is that students are often emulating their parents' behavior.

To effect change, we must target the root issue. I urge you, Sidz, to highlight this article in your Reels or YouTube videos. Your influential platform can reach a broader audience and spark meaningful conversations.

Again you're rocking.Thank you SIDZ.Really I enjoyed.

Hi

Ite true. We all got addicted and waste our time. But there’s business happening too there. I post about my classes and there are queries in the messages.

How do I know about someone asking about my classes if I don’t check the messages? Please advise on this?

A must Direct Message to be absorbed.

The real you is what truly matters. Stop wasting time on fake comments, endless scrolling, and chasing likes allows more quality time for oneself. Wake up before you miss the real show that life has to offer—it's time to break free from the cycle and live authentically.

Well said! SIDZ—it's time to live beyond the screen.

Hi Sidz, great tips . I really loved step 3 and step 4. Produce the content and forget it. Don't look back for likes and comments.

Reels have made us unreal. We see only others and this makes us feel that how happy others are ? In fact I am happy that I am not on Instagram . Yes because I shall lose myself instead in liking or following. Rather we both myself and wife take a walk in farms , be in nature and enjoy village life, have oxygen naturally available on every weekend . On Monday we return back to city and are charged for Sid’s orientation . 😁😁😁

Reading this is making me so happy because I used to always feel that I was not very active on Insta and the whole world seems to be going crazy over it but now I know that I haven't missed anything as I still value how I spend my time doing things that I enjoy rather than seeking enjoyments from the likes on my insta posts.
