I've often heard that there's no better route to create trust and endearment than to share one's own story. And that's exactly what I learnt once again today.
Very powerful writing with the message that be yourself, be authentic, tell stories that resonate with your followers, give give give, etc. etc. This is what is actually required to build communities with cult following. No drama necessary, no fluff, no tricks to keep the herd together. Just straightforward approach. Lot of lessons from this write up. Than you Siddharth for being the catalyst in the growth of tribes.
I'm totally agree with pointers but most intresting is about having polarised Aproch for Own cult about. And against the So called Established system ..which now a days more of doing what they didn't meant for ..for ain Education.social ,medical etc...

Community happens when you are consistent, authentic and genuinely want others to succeed - I think. In fact, you want others to succeed more than anything else. The question I read somewhere was - if you had all the money you ever wanted, and nothing else to do, would you still do what you are doing? - I suppose that is a great question..
and if you are doing it for one person, you could do it for a million more. Because you are in the mode to give, offer, teach, guide, direct, work together, and the journey itself is the mission. loved this piece.
