I’m going to keep this post simple and straight.
I would like you to read this fully because you will understand the true potential and simplicity of my model.
More than 3 of our top students from this community have crossed more than 3cr in a month, last month. We’ve done this quite a few times, and I wanted to decode how these numbers actually happen.
1 — The power of L1 membership
While many folks outside only talk about having “high ticket sales”, I always emphasize the importance of having a strong and scalable low ticket entry “membership”. The purpose of this level is to get more people into the door and to earn their trust, to provide 100x value and truly recruit them into your mission, and not just sell them a bunch of courses or programs as a commodity.
These students that have crossed 3 Crores in revenues in a single month have worked their way up (at a core DNA level) to bring in more than 300 to 700 L1 customers in a single month. And many of them have automated this process — automated L1 sales webinars that run daily or weekly.
While all the Rs.99 webinars used to do well before, now I’m seeing a clear decline in the show-up rate, rising ad costs, and a drastic increase in the cost per acquisition of these paid entry models. This includes paid workshops and webinars.
All of these top students of mine are following the free webinar model. We don’t look at a lead as a number on a spreadsheet. We treat them as a real person and we nurture them and inspire them to keep coming back into our free webinars every month. There is a lot of heart, soul and vision in every piece of communication with these leads.
This builds a deeper connection with our audience and there is a compounding effect over time that helps us get that volume on the front end of the funnel.
Many of the coaches who have made this money, actually lose money on the front end of the funnel. For example, if a coach is spending Rs.30–40 Lacs a month on ads, they may get 400–500 L1 customers who pay Rs.5999. That’s is Rs.24 Lacs in revenue for a 40L ad spend. 0.6 ROAS (return on ad spends)
Now hold on to this number…
And remember! This is happening on autopilot. (freedom)
2 — The power of a scalable L3
While many of the typical “high ticket” folks sell only done-for-you services or 121 coaching or consulting, there is a different game that the top students in ILH are playing right now.
We don’t sell those kind of products.
Why?
Because it limits our time.
The only way to scale a typical consulting model is to build more teams to close more “deals” on a 121 basis, which kind of gets everyone’s calendars full and also leads them into a burnout zone (no freedom).
Which is why I have been breaking my head in to find out “what could be that scalable high ticket product which will not involve my personal 121 time, yet deliver that 100x value, impact,and results for my students”
And I found the solution.
It’s about having a Level 3 Certification membership priced between Rs.50,000 to Rs.300,000.
Now you must be thinking, what certification is this?
This is where the game gets interesting.
Those coaches in the market who are selling their information as a commodity will never get this!
Why?
Because the top coaches in our ecosystem sell the vision and mission to fulfill a higher cause — where the certification level is to help that student make progress with a higher degree of accountability, support, and gamification.
This is where teams come in, having a personalized control center like LevelUp. Also, facilitator-led weekend implementation sessions come in. This system not only frees up the time for the founder of the community but also empowers leaders to contribute, give back, and support the mission. There’s a sense of purity in the entire process. The true essence of community, that’s based on strong values.
All those hype-based high-ticket closers and marketers will never be able to build such an ecosystem, because the market is smart enough to see through their intentions. They may get sales and attract learners, but many will not stick around for the long term. They need to keep running the hamster wheel.
Many of the top students in ILH have been attending our weekly Diamond Leadership Council calls for 4 years…. 5 years!!
Why?
Because they are not coming here for just the knowledge!
They are coming back to improve as a person to carry forward a mission and vision that they align with, at a core level. They understand that this is not a “transactional” game.
Now back to the mathematics…
If you can afford to lose money on the front end and attract over 500 L1 in a month… all you need is a 20% conversion of that 500 = 100 L3 Sales x Rs.200,000, to hit 2 Crores in a month.
Now hold on to this number…
Let me tell you how people buy this kind of high-ticket membership!
3 — The power of Showcases + Bootcamps
While most of the typical “high ticket” folks talk about building a sales team of “closers”, all of our top students in ILH have taken a different approach.
We are not here to close deals.
We are here to open relationships, “for life”.
We are here to recruit the right people, with the right intentions and attitude into our bigger mission to solve a bigger problem in this world.
It’s not about that quick hack or tactic.
This approach of selling not only brings in the highest caliber of committed students into the high ticket membership, but this helps them get results at speed.
You can see the proof.
Now let’s get into the mechanics of sales.
There are two ways you can sell high-ticket memberships.
1 — Through a Showcase: Just 2 hours. Collect a deposit. Give access for a week to the high ticket membership. Let them experience the magic and pay the remaining amount within 7–10 days. This has been the model that I have been getting people into our Diamond Certification for years now. I deliver this live, once or twice a month. People who attend this showcase know I’m going to sell Diamond, they already know the price and they come in with the mindset and commitment to buy. Why? Because of the 100x value they get at the L1 level itself. (remember why I said L1 is important)
2 — Through a Bootcamp: This can range from a 2-day to a 3-day bootcamp, where you teach for 2–4 hours a day and then offer the L3 certification on the last day. You deliver 100x value in the bootcamp. You show them the path. And then you offer your high ticket membership at the end of the boot camp. Again, same process. Collect a deposit. Give them access to the next level for 7–10 days. Let them experience the magic and then pay the remaining amount. There is no risk.
These 2 models are the best ways to sell “one to many” high-ticket memberships. And even if 1000+ join L3, you will not get burned out, because you are not selling your 121 time.

Now the key here is “how to design such an impactful L3 product?” For this, you need to experience our Diamond level in ILH (if you are still a Silver or Gold member).
There are many things that I do at a micro level, that enhance the customer experience, accelerate our student’s results, and make the learning enjoyable.
Conclusion
First of all, I’m super duper proud of all these amazing students in ILH who are hitting such big numbers.
The game is simpler than you think it is.
If you surrender to the process, you will be able to scale your business to any extent.
In 2018, when I started, I never knew what to expect. But today, I’m proud to say that the industry’s top coaches who are still sustaining, and delivering massive value, are members of ILH. More specifically they are Diamond members.
Some come into ILH, learn a few things, go to other places, and dilute their coaching model, because of mixed ideas. Their progress is slow and they will have a lot of unlearning to do to reach these numbers.
But the ones who are hitting these numbers like 3Cr and above in a month comfortably, stick to the basics and focus on mastering their craft, by delivering 100x value and being impeccable in their standards and values.
That’s what creates sustainability in a digital coaching model.
It’s not about those “one-hit wonder months”, where some coach makes 1 crore or 3 crore in one month through some product launch and then they just keep bragging about that in their ads.
It’s about building this business with a lot of humility while keeping the spotlight on your student’s success.
The collective revenues generated by the top students in ILH easily has crossed Rs.650 Crores in the last few years.
BTW these are the audited numbers that I know of. But I know that many have come into ILH, made crores, and silently made a difference.
And that’s what I love about ILH.
The only reason I’m writing this post is to open your mind to a new world of possibilities.
I cannot promise you that you will hit these numbers, because I do not know what level of commitment you have. But one thing I know is that “anyone can coach” and make a difference if they surrender to the system.
I’m also writing this post to prove a point to all those hypey marketers, product pushers, and closers to step up their game and start looking at this business differently.
The market is maturing and we need more leaders with intent, not just content or tactics.
We need to create more synergy with our collective energy, in a world that is polarised.
That’s the game of a true digital coach.
We have a lot of work to do…
